Flexible graphite comes in a form of thin foil/sheet. It is not intended to be used as an electrode. However, it is made of high purity graphite. If the foil shape works for the application, it can be used as an electrode.

will this block magnetic field from earth magnets?

No, but it has a diamagnetic property. I have tried layering it up over a magnet and there was no noticeable change on its attraction to an iron object. Bismuth metal is said to have a stronger diamagnetic property. A very thin flake will almost float on a strong magnet no matter which pole it sits on. Can this sheet be bent to 90 degrees and placed against another metal?

I got 1mm thick... after bending with fingers just now, I think it will probably break at corner radius than maybe 6 inches.
