As I said, It is very thin, but it does the job. It smells great and holds heat fairly well. I bought it for my girlfriend who is always cold when I am warm. She also has issues with her feet (Raynaud's syndrome) - and I bought this shoulder wrap for her to wrap around her feet. It works great for that. I recommend it if this is all you can afford. If you can afford more, you might go for a thicker one that would hold more heat.

This product burned in my microwave despite using it for the suggested time. Also, the heat only lasted for about 10 minutes so the relief is temporary. You get what you pay for though.

Our friend showed us his Yogibo heat wrap. He really liked his. The fabric was a soft, velour-like material; and a lovely green and purple. Even tough we could not find that color combination on-line, we bought the Yogibo wrap which came in a grey color. As it turns out, the grey fabric is not the same as the green/purple fabric. The grey is rough and not soft. Also the “aroma” is not pleasant. We tried airing it out for a few days, but the difference in the fabric, was the deciding factor not to keep the wrap. If you have a good product, why would you change it?

I bought this directly from the Yogibo store. I usually love their products. However, I must say I'm disappointed with this one. I have the older neck wrap that is purple and green. The older one was so much better. This one is not as thick and is rather stiff. I got this one because my other one I've had for a few years and it doesn't have much of the lavender and chamomile smell anymore. This one doesn't even have the same scent. It's lavender and peppermint. The heating instructions on the older one say 1 minute then 30 second increments if more time is needed. This one is 30 seconds with 15 second increments if more time is needed. They both say to wait 15 seconds in between. My other one got warmer and stayed warm longer. I guess I will continue to use the older one, even though the scent is pretty much gone.
