Not so good. It would be nice if there was a way to make adjustments while your shoes are on.

I am using these on my wrists for carpal tunnel syndrome. They work better than a full hand brace for those whose carpal tunnel is not severe. They keep my arms from going numb at night....not all the time, but my other wrist braces did not work perfectly either. These apply just enough pressure to the nerve to keep the hands comfortable and at the same time I can use my hands to turn off the lamp or to read until I am ready to sleep. If they are not tight enough you can always create a pleat on the band with a safety pin.

The idea of an inflatable arch support is great but the product is not as great. They are great in the beginning but quickly do not seem to inflate as well as in the beginning (the air doesn't stay in them) and you can't really wash them very well. Wearing them on a daily basis they got kind of stinky so I washed them by hand and that didn't seam to take out the smell. I put them in the washer in a bag and the "pump" mechanism dislodged and slipped away from the hole.

These work so much better than the original "strutz" I was using. Plantar fascitis is gone after just a couple of weeks.

Very uncomfortable to walk on.

I am glad they did not cost allot because they don't work, they deflate as soon as you start walking on them. I put them back in the box and have not used them, then the deflators soon stop working and stick and you cant inflate them at all. They get a big 0 with me.

I liked them well enough to reorder twice. They don't last long-- the stitches wear through the thin material that is a bright color. Then the pad falls out. BUT while on they really helped me. So I continue to use them.
