Beyond Blessed: God's Perfect Plan to Overcome All Financial Stress Hardcover – January 8, 2019

This book is opening many windows on how to be blessed by God and also to be conscious of my finances.

Robert Morris writes about being a good steward with God's money, because that's where the money comes from, God. He owns it, we are merely the stewards. One important thing about being a good steward and the reason I bought this book is to learn how to stay out of debt. Morris writes about the fact that one reason we get into debt is that we want to acquire "stuff." This is a material mindset and worldly. It is not of God. When we break this desire for "stuff," we can stop the impulse buying. Morris writes that credit cards are not inherently bad. If you do not charge so much that you cannot pay it off at the end of the month, you are still a good steward. Another thing Morris writes about in this book that will help to control impulse spending is keeping a budget. He even gives a suggestion for people whose paychecks fluctuate from month to month. He writes that one should average them. However, that doesn't work in extreme cases where one sometimes has a monthly paycheck of zero one month and fifteen hundred another, or what happens when one becomes unemployed for a period of months. In the case of a fluctuating paycheck the best way to deal with it, I've found is to make a separate budget for each month. Finally, Morris closes with the main reason for the book. We are to be good stewards so we can bless others. It will make us joyful as we give to others, most of us find this to be true. One last thing I will add that Morris hasn't is that besides joy, being a good steward will give you an incredible sense of peace. You will no longer worry about money.Morris is an excellent writer and has authored a wonderful book which is a good resource for Christians.

WOW!!! What a testimony of God's love and faithfulness! The Lord has strongly convicted me to make a change in obedience and stewardship! I HIGHLY recommend this book to ALL Christian believers! I believe it will change your life forever if you will Prayerfully read it with a trusting heart!

We are the sons and daughters of God, the creator of all, who is light, no darkness is in Him, He is ALL powerful. He is 3 in 1. He is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, All God. Him the Holy Spirit is God, He dwells in believers. Jesus, sent Him to us, for our protection and for our edification, our transformation. We were created to fellowship with our creator, He loves us so much He sent His only begotten Son, to shed His blood, to cover our sins, we ALL, are forgiven! I have known God, loved Jesus since I was a girl. Pastor Robert Morris is on TBN he became my pastor because of the pandemic of covid. Robert gives scriptures for all the teaching, he shares the Word, Jesus, the bible is a spiritual book, for us spiritual beings. The bible is of Jesus, He is the word, He is our redeemer, we are His bride. His kingdom is coming!

This book is putting us in the right frame of mind and helping us get our heart right about everything God puts into our hands and every opportunity He gives us. Leading a small group based on the book and everyone has had positive feedback so far. Will update as we progress through it. UPDATE: During the 7th week of our small group semester, we received a financial miracle that we've been waiting on for almost 7 years. And God continues to move and do things that are blowing me away! We haven't been perfect in living out the principles outlined in the book, but we are taking it seriously and doing our best. And with every chapter, I've been praying, "Lord, please get these truths deep into my heart." It's not just a good book, it's an anointed book that God will work through if we will just get serious about stewardship. It's just like Morris says in the Beyond Blessed sermons and in the book, God will bless you supernaturally when you start practicing good stewardship! SECOND UPDATE: We have now paid off all of our old debts, and did it right in the middle of me having a major medical issue that cost us thousands of dollars. What Robert says in this book is true, when you think you "own it all" then the expenses are yours to take care of, but when you live like God owns it all, the expenses are His too, and He will take care of them!

Typically sequels are not as good as the original. NOT THE CASE HERE. This is just as good and is a perfect companion to the Blessed Life.I first read the Blessed Life about 2.5 years ago. It is a simple book, but POWERFUL. I decided to take steps forward and obey, including increasing my giving and setting goals. When I made the decision to move forward in faith on this, I could not have anticipated the many ways God would supernaturally bless my finances. I can tell you that several supernatural UNEXPECTED Blessings came straight from God...no other explanation was possible. As a result God used the original principles of the Blessed Life to get me entirely debt free including mortgage debt in a period of 2 years. This sequel is just as full of wisdom as the original Blessed Life. It will inspire and encourage, but also teach.It's not going to go into details like "here's a budget spreadsheet"...there's plenty of people that can do that.But it will give you the more specific principals and ways to accomplish the true Blessed Life.

Robert Morris offers a loving, direct approach to the path that God so designed for each of us. Being a good steward is so much clearer after reading this book. Highly recommend!

This book has encouraged me to become a better steward of the resources God has entrusted to me because I want to be obedient to become a blessing!

It has been a journey keeping these core principles in place especially when your spouse have a different view to what you believe. However, I am grateful for the conviction and knowing that I should continue to trust God completely is this area of wealth. Excellent book

Such a powerful book. God has doubled my income this year, in 2022 in the midst of a recession. I am trusting Him for more abundance to be able to be a blessing to others.

A book to study and take notes for it will help control your finances.

So grateful for this precious book that helped more than any other book in learning to become a faithful steward. I highly recommend it.
