After much deliberation, got the easy-to-use & fast growing segment of nespresso pod/capsule coffee maker. On comparison, the Essenza Mini came out ideal budgeted choice for first time users - unfortunately reusable pods are not designed for the Essenza Mini models.Communicated with vendor pre-purchase, and he assured brand new model for delivery - which came in a damaged original box and resealed. Going to seek replacement with brand new, unopened/sealed item as it should be delivered..
