Well, I am new to protective styling. I was always used to wearing a pony tail but when my hair started growing longer and I started getting lazier now that I work from home, I found myself letting my hair get tangled and losing handfuls of hair when I comb it. Honestly, I would just brush over it to get it back in a ponytail and then try to comb it a couple days later. Not good. So I got on YouTube, watched some vids on how to do your own spring twists and ordered this hair. For my first time, I am pleased with how it turned out but y'all, I will probably not get this length again or if I do, I will NOT use two strands per twist again. My hair is naturally long but medium thickness so I thought I needed the longest length to cover all my hair which comes under my shoulder blades/middle of my back at the longest part. Also, most of the videos showed using two strand on medium thick hair. Well, I knew the hair would stretch but from the looks of it, I never would've guessed it to end up down to my butt and feeling like I have on a 5 pound hat. Super cute but too long and heavy for me. I will probably cut it in a few days. Next time, I will pick a shorter length and I will try one strand per twist which should make it easier since you only have to unravel twice as much hair. I ended up using 4 packs of hair. If I go for one strand it will only take two. I used the braid at top method (no rubber bands or crochet). I started at 8pm yesterday, stopped at midnight and start back at around 6 am until 10 am this morning. Most women on YouTube say it only takes them 4 or 5 hours so maybe with less hair and not such long hair, I can get it down to 4 or 5 hours. All in all though, I like working with this hair and I am looking forward to giving my hair a break for at least 3 to 4 weeks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I selected this product based on reviews and I’m happy to say they did not steer me well. The Hair is a great quality. With all the talk about chemicals and carcinogenic in hair, I soaked it and washed it. Nothing no residue came out and it was not harmed by the washing at all. I use the hair for twist mixed in with my natural hair and it looks fabulous.Great quality and I will definitely be purchasing it from now on.

Unlike many of the reviewers, I didn't crochet this hair or use it for passion twists, I used it to do faux locs and I AM IN LOVE!! I purchased the 8 inch length, and the hair shipped SUPER fast! It was packaged nicely, and came with 6 packs of hair (15 "strands" come in each pack, I only used 3.5 pks of hair) along with about 6 hair cuffs AND a crochet hook!! This hair is true to length, before it is stretched it's 8 in and when stretched it's about 23 in. This hair is soft and if you're wearing this hair crocheted, it detangles easily with water. I've already recommended this hair to everyone who asked me about because it's just that good. Lastly, this hair is so affordable!! I would buy this hair again, without a doubt, in fact I am going to repurchase before y'all buy it all up, lol.

PRO-Affordable price for the amount of hair recieved- depend how use you will have alot of hair left Long lasting method- Soft but yet natural look &if use cornrow method (no hair left out) & crochet hair in Great for kids-I cut in half & split hair piece into 2 pieces CON- too soft for kinky thick hair -hair will stick out, not blend well nor last long if don't use alot of gel/edge control for hold with Individual style & not last as long YES Would continue to purchase again

This hair is definitely worth the coin. I got it twice and loved the outcome each time. It’s very soft and has the style gets older the more natural it looks. They also give hair jewelry, a crochet hook and a pack of lashes. I left it with a 3 star rating because IT SMELLS HORRIBLE WHEN YOU GET IT.!! I cannot even explain the smell but it is not right. The extra steps I have to take to remove the horrendous smell takes away from its potential. They fix the smell and hands down some of the best spring twist hair I’ve come across! Still worth the buy, just get it earlier than installation to manage the smell..

This hair is soft, bouncy and lightweight when taken out of packaging. It's manageable for braiding but unfortunately gets frizzy fast. Can be used in many braiding styles. Also came with freebies like crocket hook and small hair accessories

Does not worth the money I paid for it

This was an awesome buy! They arrived on time and the quality is great! I buy these alot but it's my first time buying from this supplier. I 100% recommend them! The twists are full and in comparison to my past purchases, the price is good. I will be buying again!!

I like it, it's a bit dull and tangles after a while.
