Pregnacare Vitabiotics Conception -30 Tablets

I don’t usually write reviews, but thought it would be useful in this instance. I was a bit skeptical purchasing these, like many others… I was almost put off by the negative reviews. However, I stopped taking my pill (Cerelle) on 05/01/24. My periods were always irregular (39 day cycles) whilst being on the pill, so knew calculating my ovulation date would be difficult. I read that taking Pregnacare Conception can help regulate periods and ovulation. So I started taking them on 18/02/24 and had my first ‘proper’ period on 20/02/24, which lasted 4 days. I’ve always taken the pills with a meal, so luckily I’ve never felt nauseous. Yes… they are pretty big pills, but not too difficult to be swallowed. Oh, and I will also confirm that they make your urine resemble a glow stick, but who cares!? Anyway, I’d been feeling quite teary the past few days, sore breasts, heightened sense of smell and stomach twinges etc. I decided to take a test today, even though I’m not due my period for a while yet. Lo and behold, it was positive! Decided to take a further 4x tests from different brands to double check, which were also positive. These were taken on the afternoon with 6 day early detection tests. It’s still early days so I will keep testing until the day my periods due. However, I genuinely believe that conception wouldn’t have happened this fast without these pills. I hope this puts some people’s mind at ease!

As expected, used whilst trying to conceive. I don’t know why Vitabiotics make these more expensive than the standard ones, but will continue to buy. There are probably cheaper alternatives out there without the brand name.
