Buddy Tape is an innovative tape for budding and grafting devised with a unique formulation and properties to allow easy and rapid application, reduced labor costs, and high success rates in the crop. This unique product was developed in Japan in 1985 and has been used throughout Europe and North America for the last fifteen years. Application and Storage In order to fully utilize the unique characteristics of Buddy Tape, we recommend that it is stretched gradually as it is applied. Although there is a natural tendency to stretch the film to fuller size and then simply wrap around, this can cause the tape to become stringy which can mean that the tape cuts into the growing plant like standard grafting tapes. Storage Please keep Buddy Tape out of direct sunlight within a temperature range of 10-30 (In particular, avoid leaving the tape in a hot car). Lengthy exposure to UV light will begin the breakdown process of the film and could affect its performance. Weather Once the tape has been applied it will be resistant to rainy and windy conditions. However, we recommend avoiding applying Buddy Tape in the rain as water on the surface could affect the initial adhesion of the tape. Also note that in temperatures of lower than 15C the elasticity of the film is reduced. Do not remove Buddy Tape from its' protective case before application as this is necessary for protection from pressure and UV light.

Really nice bundle and excellent price
Really nice bundle and excellent price. There is another seller of this buddy tape and this is a much better deal with free shipping, saving me at least 9-10 dollars. On top of the savings, this offer includes a roll of clear grafting tie tape that is perfect for tying down larger scions. Parafilm will crack and breakdown before your scion heals, dehydrating and killing the scion in the hot sun. The application of Buddy tape is much faster and easier to use than Parafilm M. It is worth every penny.

Great for grafting, must get
This is a great set for anyone who takes grafting seriously, and anyone who does not but wants to graft efficiently. The Aglis buddy tape stretches well and self adheres as advertised. Allows the grafter to adopt a number of best practices like wrapping scion completely knowing the new growth will push right through the wrapping. I got mine with the Zen clear pvc nursery tie/tape which I have re-ordered because it is just great for multiple purposed in my garden. I moved from parafilm to buddy tape and I am pleased with my decision.

Buddy Tape & Tie Tape
Good Stuff! Been grafting for many years. These are some of the best products in the market. All this time I've just been using parafilm. Boy! Have I've been missing out on this buddy tape! Lovin the tie tape too. Stronger then the usual nursery tie tapes, but yet still stretches to allow growth expansion. Perfect for tying up them thicker branches. I love this stuff!

Very nice product. I am never going back to parafilm again. The nursery tie tape that came with the buddy tape is also clear. You can see callous formation during the healing process. Very nice! This helps prevent premature removal of the tie tape.

Buddy tape that i have had in the past was superior to the Aglis product. Your tape splits into two layers and seems wasteful, and not as easy to use. we will see as the graft takes. I'm not unhappy.

This Buddy Tape is much easier to apply than Parafilm. This is an excellent product for the urban horticulturist. I learned that the tape can be folded or twisted to form a string to secure the graft unions. Neat trick.

this is just regular parafilm tape. If I knew that I wouldn't had bought. Alot cheaper places than this
