What is the difference between "arnica cream for bruises" and "arnica cream for natural pain relief" ?

I think they are essentially the same thing, just marketed differently. One for bruises and one for joint pain without bruising. I'm not sure if there is a different base or consistency, but the pain relieving arnica in the product would be the same.
