If you can solve a normal Rubik’s cube, you can also solve this cool mirror cube, but the novelty of the crazy-looking mess of shapes, and the cool reflective sides, make this an even better party-trick than the original Rubik’s cube. A coworker brought one into work and I thought it was awesome. To my surprise, they sell these in a two pack at a low price. I keep these on my desk at work, one solved and one all messed up, to shamelessly display what some people assume is proof of genius-level intelligence. In reality, though, it’s no tougher than a normal Rubik’s cube, so I classify it as a great/fun party trick.

These are such aesthetically pleasing puzzles. A great gift for either someone who's mastered the standard Rubik's cube and could use something just slightly more challenging, or just mix it up and leave it that way, it makes lovely eye-catching shapes, very architectural. It's surprisingly light, but it's solid and turns really well.

My boys LOVE these. One of them kind of makes a spring/clicking noise when you turn the pieces, but they both slide/turn really smoothly. They look awesome. Both come in a separate box so you could easily keep one & gift the other. Tip from my pro boys: you solve it just like you would a colored 3x3 rubix cube.

This is a great bundle for cubing enthusiasts who are interested in both the gold and silver version for their collection. The mirror blocks puzzle works on the same principle as a typical 3x3 Rubik's cube, you solve it by the shape of the pieces rather than by the colors of the pieces. The unique asymmetrical construction causes the puzzle to shapeshift from a cube into a crazy geometric shape when you scramble it. The challenge is figuring out which pieces go where again. This puzzle moves very well, but don't expect speedcube levels of precision. Upon the first few solves I spent a lot of time aligning layers properly so I could turn them. Due to the variability in piece shape/size, the layers can be difficult to keep in alignment so lockups happen. I was really impressed with the stickers that come on this cube. I thought they would be glossy foil, but they have more of a brushed metallic look which is really great looking. That said, the pieces are hollow and very light which makes the cube feel a cheaper / less substantial in the hand. This combined with the tendency to lock up is why I deducted a star. Overall I am very pleased with this product. The cubes look great and are very fun to solve!

I like this type of cube and overall the cube was smooth and pretty quick to turn. I had no issues with the quality and build of the cube itself. However the stickers on the cube when I received them were pretty bad. They had many scratches and little dents on them. Update 7/28/19: The seller contacted me and said they would ship replacement stickers free of charge. Great customer service, and with that issue fixed, great cubes. Updating ratings to 5 stars.

Bought these for my 11 year old grandson and he loves them! Not as frustrating as Rubik’s cube, more fun I’m told

I bought them for my son who is a big puzzle cube fan. and he loves them. It's a pretty good deal getting two of them and they come with little stands which is pretty cool. To me they are freaking hard, but my son figured them out after a while.

These are great cubes for cubers who're I guess just bored of regular cubes with colors that you need to match.That's why there are mirror cubes. All yo need to do is solve it like a 3x3 but look at it a different way. Instead of colors, why not solving I by different shapes! This is a great product and by the look of the price, its perfect for 1 gold and silver cube.If your looking for a new challenge, then I think this is perfect for you!
