They run smaller than other brands. I normally wear an extra large XL but ordered a XXXL and it fit about right. I would go at least one size larger than you normally wear. If it's too large or small you can return it.

I’m 6’ ... 170lbs 41 chest 33 inseam... I wear the large. It’s perfect. If you’re on the high edge of the scales I’d go medium.... If your in the middle, assuming you bike a lot and will trim out, I’d go small.
