After only two days of use, this silver antibiotic has kicked completely an infection in a surgery wound. The surgery was months ago, but the wound scar had gotten irritated and then superficially infected. treating it with Neosporin and Polysporin, was simply not working, the infection simply wasn’t going away. After I read about this, ordered it and now, only two days later the whole problem is gone. What a relief!

Works amazingly!!! Really works on scars

Woah this stuff REALLY works. Oh I so wish I would have taken before and after photos... I had a couple of scratches on my arm from my dog. I applied this and covered it with silicone scar patches (I looked it up and that might not have been the best way to do it so do your own research obviously!). Literally within 4 days they were completely gone minus a little bit of redness on day 4. All of the raised bumps and abrasions healed perfectly. I am thrilled with this product!!!! It is a small bottle however I feel like it'll last a long time if all I need is 4 days worth to heal wounds that were over 1.5" long each. There is no burn to it either, just a nice cold watery sensation. I love this stuff and will absolutely be buying it again!!!

I keep this product because it works , it speeds healing and long as you use a nonstick dressing.

Great stuff. Works on MRSA infections better than anything else.

I have fragile skin and get skin tears frequently. The tears are very hard to heal. Now I use Silvex and they heal faster and keeps me from going to dr to get them to heal. My only complaint is the tube is too small.

A "Must have" in any 1st Aid kit.

Only a small tube used it twice don't need much seems to be working well worth it if it continues the way it is.

It works well for an open wound and recovery.

This is a good product, very much like stratamed and good value.
