This used to be the only product that you could put in the Airstream that was really simple for prep tables and not have any issues of your prep table icing up or being too cold for the past year I've been buying this from the same guy on eBay at a good price he has gotten to where he used to warranty them but he has gotten to be where he is very slow lazy and uncaring and I've been finding many of these have been icing up the prep tables and they fail. I got one more this time from Amazon and I found out it's the same guy so now I worry because I have one sitting in truck stock waiting to use and I might not use it for a couple of months or so down the road hopefully it will still be under warranty because if it is defective this seller needs to go out of business.

We ordered this part in December 2021. As a licensed refrigeration contractor we order parts in bulk to have on our shelf for when we need it. Yesterday, 10/12/22 we needed to use the part and found 1 of 3 faulty it was stuck open and would not close. The warranty from the manufacturer is 1 year from install date. Since we bought this on Amazon we contacted the seller. The seller responded very quickly, they apologized and said their warranty is for 120 days. We will no longer purchase parts from Amazon for our business if the sellers on Amazon can not honor the manufacturer's warranty on parts sold to businesses.
