Thicker than expected
I'm giving this a 5 star review because it's good for what it is. But I did want to advise others to pay attention to how thick of spline they need. I had previously bought a window screen and spline repair kit that was super easy to use. I just had two more windows to go, so I was ordering spline separately. This was thicker than the other spline I got, and it took so much of my hand strength to get it pushed down. It was really hard, but I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it and finding a thinner spline. I made it work, but we'll see if it stays put for long. I have average window screens, and as I mentioned, the spline that I bought from a different Amazon seller was great. So, there was nothing wrong with this spline, but just pay attention to the thickness that you need to order.

Does the job - 2 years later, still doing the job!
I couldn't find spline this cheap anywhere near home, and I wasn't disappointed. Rolls in easy, stretches just a little and grips tight. It's held up all summer so far without any shrinkage. UPDATE: It's been a couple of hot, hot summers in the south, and my sunroom screens have really come in handy. There has been some slight shrinkage and rounding at the corners, but even with cats climbing the screens, the spline has held tight. Wish the screen was as cat-proof as the spline.

Good but thin
Good spline, seemed to be a little thinner than I expected. Did not hold in the gaps very well for several different screens, but I have kids and cats messing with them also.

I bought this to tighten the screen in my screen door because my dog kept pressing on it and pushing out the screen. This did the trick perfectly.

Replaced the mesh on the screen door. This spline was the appropriate size, maybe a bit on the big side.

Used it for a screen door replacement. Worked good but I found it was easier to put in if you pull it hard while pushing it in.
