I’m loving this herb! I had sky high cortisol dizzy and feeling bad all the time. Couldn’t even drive anymore due to the dizziness and feeling so bad. Since I’ve been taking this(and some other adaptations) I’ve been feeling better than I have in months. Calmer,happier dizziness almost gone and even starting to drive again. Will continue taking for as long as it helps. No I wasn’t paid for this review. Just sharing my experience in case it can help someone. I tried this hoping to settle my adrenals down and it’s seems to be working!

I got because of a tip from a friend. I am a high strung individual and this product made me feel like I was on a illegal drug. I gave some to a friend of mine and it didn't do anything for him. I've taken it more than once and did not feel a thing. I was just as tired as other days when I did not take it at all. I tried taking higher dosages of it and still nothing. I had taken another brand that I haven't been able to find since that re-energized me beautifully. Oh, well.

Easy to take Rhodiola supplement. Sometimes I even chew the small tablets, they are slightly bitter (sweetened by sorbitol) but easy to chew. Rhodiola is an adaptogen, so it can give you energy when needed or calm a racing mind. Each small tablet has 655 mg of Rhodiola with a small amount of calcium. Each tablet does have some additives like magnesium stearate, silica, stearate, sorbitol, cellulose gum.

It's not a miracle cure or magic bullet. Remember when Ginseng was THE latest thing??? There are no adverse side effects. My suggestion is: go see your doctor and have a physical instead.

Very difficult to swallow despite being so small.... Strong Aftertaste didn't notice a great benefit from them...doubt that I will order these again...
