Great tasting and great quality lemon pepper
The taste of this lemon pepper has just the right proportions of lemon, salt and pepper. It has the right amount of salt. It smells like lemons and so good. The price for such a big container I feel was fair and the container makes is versatile to use a spoon or use like a spice shaker.

YUM
We go through a lot of this! At least once a week I make fresh salmon for the family. This is the go to spice to fry them in. I purchase the large container to keep in my pantry and refill a small bottle for my kitchen. Works perfectly. I do recommend shaking the container prior to use as the pepper is heavier than the lemon and settles lower. Not separates completely but tends to gather more at the bottom half. I have even been known to spice up rice or farro with it. Gives them both a little extra flavor (also cooked with vegetable broth or chicken broth instead of water).

Pretty solid
I was hoping for an authentic Wing Stop experience and I’m not sure why but I didn’t expect this seasoning to be as pepper as it is. I mean I know it’s called lemon PEPPER but I grew up eating Lemon Pepper and I don’t remember it being this aggressively peppery Once I knew what I was in for it was great, and I think this would be a great seasoning for anything going in a grill

One of the most reliably high quality American products made on Baltimore Harbor
Very highly recommended. I buy all McCormick spices that I need, if they make it. They are a defecto standard that is great value for the money, available in the large sizes that I quickly use, always possesses the gourmet taste with consistency, and is made by Americans in America. I am a trained hef and they meet or exceed my standards as they did for my parents and grandparents before me.

Quality + amount = great
The quality of the seasoning is noticeably different just by the taste. I do have to say it is on the saltier side, but it says it on the picture before you buy it. The freshness is good, and the size will last a while. Value for the money is a bit of a toss up since this is just seasoning and you have to pay on the higher end for it, but because of the size it's okay. Just based on flavor I would recommend it, it worked well in my dishes I made. And others liked it as well. Salt content like I said could be less, but definitely need to under salt what you use it on.

Very lemony and salty. I tend to add minimal salt to the food before adding the spice. Best for fish and prawns
