Will update my review when I receive a replacement. Unit was truly defective. I work in the technology field so pairing a BT device to me is like drinking water. First time I tried to pair the device my iPhone “detected it” yet when I tried to pair it said pairing failed. So I tried again. Phone could no longer detect the device. Rebooted phone. Again now. Can’t detect it. Then I tried to pair the device to 2 other iPhones a smart tv and a laptop. None of them could detect the device. Powered down. Powered up. Charged. Charged again.When 5 devices cannot detect the headset in pairing mode, you know it’s the headset. And it’s simple to put into pairing. Hell it goes into pairing mode automatically when turned on because it has nothing paired to it. Don’t know that I’ve ever received something DOA but I guess sooner or later it’s gotta happen. I ordered a replacement since I’m sure it’s just bad from the factory. I’ll update my review when the new one arrives.Update. The replacement unit has had no issues. Paired up instantly. Sound quality seems good overall. Seemed to sense some latency and echo but I feel much better about this new one

I'm very happy with both the product and especially, their customer service. I had an issue with the headset and they quickly replaced it and stood by their warranty. Things happen, and it's good to know they will stand by their word.

I paired the headset with my laptop. The sound quality is very good. Overall i’m satisfied with the product. But there are a few concerns: the mute feature doesn't work with my laptop’s OS, battery life is not so long - if i have meetings all day, I need to recharge the headset. I had to get replacement item in less than a year because my original headset’s battery died. But the seller sent me the replacement at no charge right away.

First the con: no instructions!The pro: Easy to figure out.Worked flawlessly out of the box. I had tried 2 wired headsets with my iPhone 8+ and adapters but they didn't work. I was able to connect this immediately. Sound is clear and the volume control is convenient and easy to use. Thos on the other end of the line said that the sound was excellent with background sound not being a distraction.The 4 stars for comfort is just an adjustment thing, I think. It is odd having only one ear covered. That said, it is easier to talk with others in the room Caution: the ear padding is very small compared to some at only about 1-1/2" diameter.I am very happy with this and would buy it again.

I've used $30 bluetooth headsets in the past, and people complained I sounded like my voice was coming out of an AM radio. Not with these. I can't tell the difference between these and my wired headset--the sound, both incoming and outgoing, is great. I was about to purchase a different set for $125, but I decided to try these first, and boy am I glad I did. They have pretty good range, too--whereas my previous bluetooth set would drop out if I walked to the other side of the house, these do not.I bought a second set for my wife and she's been very happy with them as well. We both have worn them for periods as long as 5 hours and they've remained comfortable. Excellent product.

I like the sound quality, - very clear and steady even moving around. It stays charged for days, it is easy to answer a call or end a call. The headset itself is a little big for my head and slides to another side too easily. The pad on the end is soft and comfortable but the band is metal and doesn't really fit right. The volume works well but is hard to hit while talking.

The sound quality is alright, but not great. The buttons and functions are fairly intuitive to use and it has no problems working on android.The side that doesn't have the earphone is very uncomfortable. I bent the top spring that holds it to my (maybe fat) head, and it's s little better. Still starts to cause pain during longer meetings.The other really annoying "feature" is when the microphone is muted (by lifting it), the headset makes a double-beep every few seconds. I don't know the purpose behind this, but it's not a good design.Value for the money is decent if you're looking for a cheaper headset that you don't have to wear all day.

Amazing price for perfect quality. It's durable and does what it is supposed to. It connects super quickly via Bluetooth. It is lightweight and comfortable and perfect to use while having to move around during a phonecall.I especially like that flipping the boom microphone upwards mutes the mic, so there is no need to fumble for a tiny button if you need to go silent quickly.

Satisfaite du produit se connecte bien sûr 2 produit simultanément, le son est bon et les gens nous entendent bienPoint négatif : le chrome sur le micro est abîmé, il y a des petites rayures et il faut bien positionner le casque pour éviter que ça fasse mal à l'oreille sur le long terme
