Each technique is clearly described and illustrated with tables or graphics. The book also has an alphabetical list of the techniques described in the book for quick search. This book is a great companion reference book. Review: Great book for Business Analysis - I bought this book along with its companion "Business Analysis" and love both of them. I was recently transitioned into a new business analysis role at work and bought a lot of books and did a lot of research on my new role. This book is by far the best out there. The material is presented clearly and it's very easy to follow. They have some great template examples and really help you understand each step of the business analysis process. I highly recommend this book to any business analyst... new or seasoned.
