I suffer from a bad case of sciatica and was willing to try anything to get it treated/controlled. I believe it is to do with my bad posture and years of doing desk based work.My best friend recommended this to me based on his experience.Pain relief - After several weeks of use and now regular use it has got rid of my sciatic and lower back pain.Comfort - You need to use in stages, start with the lowest setting and don't jump straight to the highest setting.Ease of use - Very quick to setup and very straightforward to use.Value for money - You can put a price on sorting our back pain however this is so cheap.Build quality - Very sturdy and made well.Functionality - Has three settings - start with low and work your way up.Cons - the foam strip could have been a bit thicker.

The back stretcher does some nice back relief but the problem is when I was trying to assemble it I hurt myself because it was hard to put it into the desired level and I find it pretty small it’s sized for a person who doesn’t have a big body

Having ordered this lying on the floor in my sitting room, unable to move, I'm pleased to say I am writing this review while dancing around the kitchen.Very simple piece of kit, but very effective. There's various levels of bend (pain), which is adjusted by moving the curved part back a forth and locking in place. I have only ever used the lowest setting - and that was enough for me.You really need to relax on to it and let yourself go - try almost sleeping so your muscles don't tense up. Once you nail the technique, it's something that is very beneficial and you'll notice your back is better within days.

I bought this unsure of whether it would be any good or not however, I find it really good. It’s easy to set up and figure out which setting is best for your back: it’s only plastic but os relatively sturdy and does the job. I would recommend purchasing this, especially for the price. I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks now and feel better to be stretching my back each day.

I have only had this item a few months following the user instructions, but in doing so it broke in two hurting my back further. I have been trying to reach out to seller for a refund, due to it being a dangerous product but they haven't replied to my inquiry.

Great for the money.... Works well on my back

Bought this in hope it helps but not too disappointed if it didn't. But after a little trial to test as soon as it arrived but back felt amazing when I got back up. Will definitely add this each evening.
