Do these peanuts need to be roasted before feeding them to squirrels?

I do roast them. There isn't anything wrong with the peanuts themselves - they're the highest quality I've found. The squirrels I feed are eating them often enough, though, that I feel more comfortable roasting them. Even if it does nothing for the squirrels, it gives me some peace of mind.

Any chance you could offer a subscription service for these?

Are the suitable for planting?

I would think YES, as they all come up into lovely plants with peanuts under the ground like potatoes are grown. The squirrels tuck them everywhere and we have peanut plants in all our flower pots; in non-mowed places in the yard too.

We feed them to the birds and squirrels. These 2 bags last us about 5 weeks. Since the peanuts are packaged in net bags, you should probably store them in an airtight container or ziplock bags to extend the shelf life.
