في الحقيقة لست متأكدا ما اذا كان يساعد حقا من ناحية النتائج الفورية لايوجد تأثير اما نتائج عدة ايام فأنا اعتقد بإنه يذيب البلغم حيث بدأت اخيرا اشعر بالبلغم في صدري وانه بالامكان اخراجه مع كحة خفيفة
