How many cakes are here ? Are there 20 individually wrapped cakes ? Or 10 packs with 2 in each ?

The packages contain 10 cakes. I’ve ordered it many times. Generally I order two packets which gives me a total of 20.It is usually a lot cheaper to order to them to order one.
