Will this arlo ultra camera work with arlo pro 2 base station?

Will Arlo ultra work without wifi/internet connection?

The Arlo Ultra camera has to be synchronized with the SmartHub or Arlo Base Station that is permanently connected to the router via the Ethernet cable. The cameras are using the wifi network created by the base station and available only for the Arlo devices. If you have any questions about Arlo products, please contact our technical support. Go to our website, click on “Support” in the upper toolbar, scroll to the middle of the page and in the green window click on “Contact Support”, then scroll down and pick up country from the drop-down list. I used the Arlo products, but used wired in batteries instead of the normal ones, and think its a great system.
