Funny Party Hats Squid Hat - Funny Fun and Crazy Hats in Many Styles

I love this stupid hat, it's hilarious.

Adorable costume - worked wonderfully for my 7th grader

This is close to a Nintendo Splatoon squid, but not quite the same. Any Splatoon aficionado will immediately see the difference, but noting the difference in price between the Nintendo version and this one, it's a no-brainer. Other Splatoon people will know the look you are going for. Fun for Crazy Hat Day at school or while the kids are playing Splatoon. Our first order was never shipped. Luckily, we saw a problem using the tracking and ordered a second hoping it would arrive in time for our occasion. It did. It has a sewn in stopper inside to keep to it from slipping down too far and covering your eyes, so it will fit older children and adults. There was a small hole in the material near where the tag was, almost like the tag had already been pulled out once before than reattached. Doesn't look like it would hold up to anything other than a gentle spot washing with a sponge.

This looked even better than the picture when we opened it and it seemed to be good quality, but the eyes fell off. They are just hot-glued on and the fabric is too shiny for it to stick. But, I’m going to try to sew them on. If you can sew, I’d recommend it.

I ordered 4 of these for a party to fit 4 adults - 2 men and 2 women. They were perfect. We got the shimmery blue to go with the theme of the party and we actually won an award for our costumes. I was a little concerned about the eyes falling off as some of the other reviews mentioned - but we had no issues whatsoever. I even tugged on them a bit to be sure that they would last through the night. We actually wore them to 2 different events. Eyes stayed in place and fit worked perfectly for all of us.

we ordered the aqua color and it is lovely in its iridescence. it is a show-stopper. my son has a weird hat collection and this is one of his new favorites. (also the angler fish hat purchased from amazon.) this is comfortable and fits a variety of head sizes. know that because of the sheer size of this hat and the tendrils hanging down of fabric, this hat is pretty warm to wear for an extended period of time. if, however, you live in a cold climate and are wont to wear this outside to stay warm, I say good for you! you will certainly start many a lively conversation and perhaps meet others with similar goals in life. buy this and enjoy!!
