If I am in a maintenance phase, I will take one serving a day. Carnitine has a lot of brain and energy benefits along with fat burning benefits. Garcinia Cambogia helps burn fat and prevent gaining fat. Green Coffee Bean is a mild fat burner and healthy as well. I take this with LIV Body's fat burner LIV Shredded and it is working incredibly well.

Overall good energy and mood - not jittery and no crash. I used this for getting past some insulin resistance and to get back into the gym & it worked great !
