There may be two reasons for the capacitor burning: The first reason may be that you connected the input and output terminals of the led driver in reverse when wiring, the input terminal is black (liver wire), white (neutral wire), green (earth wire), the output terminal is red (positive electrode) and black (negative electrode), and the output terminal should be connected with lights or other electronic equipment. The second reason may be that the voltage at your input is not between 100-260 volts. If it is not the above two reasons, trouble returns. Thank you
