Just received product and filled it., when i slide the lock i hear it leaking gas. anyone else have this problem? otherwise it works fine

The lock is meant to keep the torch on without holding the button it is not a lock meant to prevent ignition. Your torch is working as designed and intended. Enjoy!

How to refill without a fuel view window?

When the torch is fully refilled, it can not refill in and there might be a little leakage of gas.
