Teletubbies - Meet the Teletubbies [DVD]

I purchase these DVDs for my granddaughter in Germany, she is 18 months but thoroughly enjoys the Teletubbies I can only relay what my son & daughter-in-law tells me but you can be assured that she really enjoys them. When they were across at Easter time my grandduaghter watch them on You Tube and just sat mesmerised so i had to buy them here and send to my son in Germany as Amazon.de doesn't sell English version. Got this for my baby as can't seem to find it on telly anymore. Both my other two loved this program from a really young age so I wasn't going to let the new little one miss out! From about 6 months babies just seem enthralled with the voices and colours so its handy if you need a few minutes peace!

First one I ordered didn't turn up but Amazon dealt with issue promptly and now received. My first experience with Amazon customer service and i'm impreased. I'll judge this DVD from my 2 year olds viewpoint and she loves it, therfore by default I also love it!! If your kids are teletubbes fans you can't go wrong with this.

It's really very sweet having an extremely positive and loving atmosphere. The teletubbies are not grown-ups and probably not even human so they have to learn everything from the beginning. They can't even speak like grown ups which seems to be no problem for children, egging them on to experiment with their own syllables and sounds. (Children are always drawn to charachters that resemble children.) It's slow moving and gentle, which may be boring and incomprehensible to adults but is benficial for small kids who are often overwhelmed by the imformation overload, with lots of repetition so inexperienced minds have a chance take it all in.

Bought it for my son to watch in the car on a long journey abroad. He never tired of watching it and assisted us in 6 days of travelling. My son would highly recommend ths DVD. He was 1 year old.

Mein Sohn hat die VHS zu Weihnachten bekommen und natürlich gleich kucken dürfen - mittlerweile kennt er sie schon auswendig :) Er findet es jedes Mal aufs Neue lustig. Faszinierend. Die Vhs ist innerhalb von ein paar Tagen ein absoluter Klassiker bei uns geworden. Die Teletubbies verstecken sich mehrmals, die "Geschichten zwischendurch" handeln ebenfalls vom Verstecken (Kinder verstecken sich, Kinder finden versteckte Eier, ...). 7 oder 8 Geschichten sind es insgesamt - Spieldauer ~58min. Die Kassette gehört mit "Tanz mit den Teletubbies" zu den absoluten Favoriten meines Sohnes. Er hat zwar auch noch ein paar andere VHS von ihnen bekommen, aber er sucht sich entweder Tanz oder Verstecken aus. Also wie gesagt ein absoluter Klassiker bei dem mein Sohn wie von selbst spielend neue Wörter und Sätze lernt.

This is a wonderful, fun DVD. I bought it for my granddaughter (because she loves Teletubbies), and put it in her Easter Basket. She and I watched it and enjoyed it. Not only is this a wonderful DVD, but it is well-worth the money, because there are different episodes on this one DVD. If you or your child loves Teletubbies, then I would highly recommend this product.

Je l'ai acheté en anglais pour mon bébé qui se régale. ça marche bien. Par contre, à la livraison, le plastique circulaire qui retient le CD de par son centre était cassé (à l'intérieur même du boitier, ce qui veut dire que cela n'a pas été un choc pendant la livraison mais bien quelqu'un qui l'a cassé en mettant le CD dedans).
