Motorola TLK100 Wave OnCloud Using 4G LTE/WiFi Two Way Radio with Nationwide Coverage - Monthly Service Fee Required

We purchased the Motorola Wave TLK 100 radios for our transportation company in Washington, DC, and they have exceeded our expectations. Own a tow com[pany and a security company. I got 4 and they are useless and cheap. you can buy them outright 25.00. they are junk if you pay more than 10.00 each you are getting ripped off. they come with a cheap plastic holder and cheap antenna. this is not a durable radio for everyday use this product is only good maybe a camping trip this is a bottom of the line cheap P.O.S.

They work amazing for our towing service and work in places a cell phone does not. We will be ordering more!

Our organization originally ordered 2 of these radios to see how they work. We tried them for several weeks and then ordered a 3rd one with more to come. Operates exactly as stated. When we needed to add another channel, we contacted out Motorola Rep and the new channel was over-the-air added within hours! We are located in a very rural area and especially all the new laws prohibiting cell phone use, this is a much faster and easier method to communicate. The Motorola name lives up to its reputation.

Good radios but a bit pricey. Bought one to try out as a test using the wave oncloud app. Installed the app and logged into my wave on cloud portal on desktop computer to add my phone and tlk100 radio. The portal is a bit tricky to use and not very user friendly but I got the hang of it now. I also set up the tlk100 and wave app monthly fees of $35 for each radiio and $8 for wave app. I ordered another tlk100 radio for a total of $70 a moth plus wave app cost. So it adds up quick. A cheaper way is go to motorola site and get a two year contract for $35 and month and they give you the tlk100 for free. Just pay $70 for two radios for 2 years and instantly save yourself $600. Just pay the bill. I bought these from amazon Bc I don’t like 2 year contracts. I can cancel anytime. Also when using these radios in nyc in basements good luck. If you have Verizon and you lose cell phone service in a basement most likely the tlk100 won’t won’t either. It looks like the tlk100 is tied to the Verizon cell network.
