Does this grip work with large full-frame bodies and cameras with battery grips. Nikon D500 and D850?

I used it with Nikon D 5300 it worked well, yes I think I will work with such cameras, the building quality is top notch.

Will it work with a vertical grip, when “using” the vertical grip vertically not horizontally?

if you are shooting vertical or horizontal works great if you add a grip to the camera it will.expand but you will Feel it kind of loose and unsafe
