Crestview 32" Wide Library Book 3-Drawer Storage Chest

I absolutely love this piece of furniture. It "fits in" with any decor. After receiving the larger piece, I also ordered the smaller side table.

The 1st one I ordered arrived damage to due to shipping problems. I didn't examine it further because I arranged to have it shipped back and another one sent. The one that arrived yesterday had shipping damage and craftsmanship issues. The rails for the drawers were glued on, the screws that should have attached the rails were actually floating loose down in the base of the cabinet. The top was separated from the sides because it was glued on in was shaken loose. The drawers had collapsed on themselves because they had nothing to hold them in place so they were chipped. There was a swath of red paint where it should have been gold. It was like somebody accidentally painted it is and said " I'll just leave it that way, who cares." No quality control whatsoever. I am so disappointed because I was really looking forward to having this piece in my home. It was perfect for my family room. Ridiculously, I'm in tears writing this because I'm so incredibly sad that the quality this is too poor to pursue getting a replacement. It was the only thing on my Christmas list.

It is exactly what I wanted!

I returned it because all of the drawers were broken and would not close properly. There were scratches on the drawers too.
