OUTSTANDING PRODUCT......IT IS A MUST HAVE!!
I reside in London, UK and had travelled to Atlanta for a full tummy tuck and breast reduction to be performed by Dr Wright Jones of the show "Atlanta Plastic'. Following my amazing and extremely successful surgery I purchased the Tabla Abdominal Liposuction Board on a bit of a 'whim' as it looked by its description that it would assist me on my long haul flight back to London last night. I showed my Tabla Board to Dr Jones to ensure that he was happy for me to use it to protect myself from the seatbelt pressure and his exact words were 'I love it!' - I must stress that Dr Jones 'endorsement' was a personal view that he simply expressed as he is such a professional that his overriding and only concern is and will forever be for my continue good health and recovery. I therefore hope that I will not 'offend' the good doctor by my reference to him in this review. The TSA officers at Atlanta International were initially concerned with my wearing the board through the security, but after discussion and swab testing I was allowed to continue to my departure gate. - I must stress that the TSA took an exceptional decision and if you chose to travel with the Tabla board you should perhaps keep it in your hand luggage and the apply once on your flight. I am a genuine and long-standing Amazon.co.uk customer in the UK, whom whilst in the US was so incredibly pleased to utilise shopping on Amazon.com which included having deliveries by Amazon Fresh directly to my hotel, the fantastic Grand Hyatt, Buckhead whom treated me as family throughout my 2 week stay as I know no one in the US. Having my 'special foods' delivered by Amazon Fresh and the wonderful Front Desk staff at the Hyatt then bringing it directly to my room, literally made my recovery a life saver.....so much so that I fly out from the UK in 2 weeks times to see Dr Jones again and will once again be going 'home' to the Grand Hyatt Buckhead for that trip too I truly hope this review helps......Best wishes to all future purchasers and readers

I had upper/lower ab lipo, no skin excision, and the surgeon told me to wear a board instead of foam for best recovery results and she loved this one. This one works for me, but with skin excision, the board would sit on the excision site and that would be bad. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs. and 30" waistline while swollen. Board is 9.5 inches high and 13 inches wide. I was tempted to take off one star due to the one size fits all, but I have a normal-to-short torso, and the height covers my upper and lower abs and doesn't get uncomfortable or cram into my bra line or hip bones when I'm sitting up straight (it forces good posture). Someone with a long torso might find it too short. I wear the board with the wide part at the top, and the narrower part at the bottom. Day 2 after surgery, my compression garment was uncomfortably tight, and I was on the computer and wasn't sitting up straight, so the board dug in, between my hip bones, and left huge, painful divots in my skin after sitting for a long period of time. That night I used foam and not the board, as well as for the next two days, to allow it to smooth out. This is day 5, compression isn't as tight, I'm sitting up straight, and it's much better! My pics are an attempt to show how the board hits at the top, bottom, and hips, even though it's hard to see under a black compression garment. It seems like it will have high durability, easy to use, great value, and just the right bulkiness for support.

FANTASTIC
I love this board ! Honestly it’s great. I wasn’t wearing a board in the beginning... then when i went to downsize my CG, it was causing deformities particularly on the sides from folding & on my stomach when i sat down. So i ordered this board in hopes to correct my irregularities about 2 weeks post op & 3 weeks later my stomach is super flat. This is my 2nd round of surgery & i wish i would’ve used it before. Definitely can’t go a day without & helps ur skin adhere to ur muscle faster. The only thing i will say is that if you’re perhaps tall or have a long or wide torso, this product might not be for you simply cause it wouldnt be big enough. I’m 5’2, waist is at 29” rn & it fits perfect.

Wish I bought sooner: firm
After much debate and researching different ab boards for after tummy tuck, I decided on this one. It is HARD, it’s a stiff hard board that will not bend. at 6 weeks I still had swelling/inflammation below my belly button and needed something with firmer pressure. I had been using my faja since week 2, and added foams for compression and cushioning. As soon as I added the foams it felt so much better, used them for about 2-3 weeks, and needed something more and found that lymphatic massage therapist recommended the hard ab board and not the ones that flexed. I wish I got this ab board sooner. I use it on top of my foam. I was also still hunched over when I stood up and this board had helped me straighten out , I think because of the firmness not letting me bend or hunch, it keeps me better pushed up and keeps the faja from digging into my skin from sitting down. Oh, I have a long torso and this fits down to my pubic region to just below my breasts.

Significant difference in swelling
Three months post op and still suffering from swelling my massage therapist told me to please buy an an board and I must say I am glad I did. First day I wore it and when I took my faja off what a difference there was minimal swelling compared to how my tummy tends to look at the end of the day I will say that it is a little uncomfortable when driving and it does make you sweat but from now on I will not go without it.

Please read before buy this product, can damage your surgery!!!!!!!
I bought it before my surgery, was excited I had everything ready for the big day.... I used the table couple times during the period of recovery (no blood, no fluids, nothing on the table as I used pad in between my skin and the table) well, the table resulted to be too small/short (I'm 5'2, not even tall) to the point I needed a retouch in my upper and lower tummy due a horrible dented lines in the 2 parts of my tummy (upper & lower abdomen)... My doctor told me this table has not the correct measurements and does more damage than help, and that this product shouldn't be in the market. I contacted the seller who refunded only part of the money I paid for this piece of garbage saying they need to SANITIZED it to RE-SELL IT.... WOW, super nasty!!! just be careful, trust me, you don't want to be down in a second surgery, hurts more than the first one, even when is just a touch up. The right abdominal table, according to my doctor needs to have an extension that smooth the lower abdomen. JUST PLEASE, BE CAREFUL AND DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WILL HAVE A LIPOSUCTION OR TUMMY TUCK.......
