Best roller that I've had so far!
I've tried many rollers in the past few years - this one is by far the best! It has held it's shape and didn't wear down and get soft over time like others have. With 3 teenage athletes in the house, the 2 we have get a lot of use! Great buy for the price! Don't get some cheap one from Walmart if you want it to last. There's nothing better than the feeling of popping your back with this or rolling out your legs in the morning or after a good workout!

These rollers are perfect for exercise and stretching
These are the perfect rollers for exercise and stretching. I do not think the smaller textured rollers are as versatile. The longer roller is hard enough for kneading muscles, but more important the full length is good for laying your entire torso on for exercises. What I like about the roller for both exercises and weight lifting is that you must stabilize your core while working out. Laying on the floor or a bench allows your posture to be sloppy with no consequences. Laying on the roller requires you to suck in your stomach, belly button to your spine, and engage your entire core for stability. It doesn't matter whether you are doing flies, bench press or legs up and down, every single part of your body is engaged. Start using a roller for your abs and core workouts. Start using a roller for your weight lifting, and then when ready, start using the roller for one arm chest press, and one arm flies. You will immediately realize what core engagement for lifting weights is all about. If you think you must use a weight lifting bench, then put the roller on the bench. You have not been lifting weights properly, until you use a roller in your workout because the rollers do not allow sloppy exercises.

For you anything slouched shoulders are going-away
I stumbled into these types of things when I was expecting from forward head position and sloche shoulders. I did quite a bit of research on the internet and YouTube and found more than one YouTuber talking about these. I am a 56 year old man who has done pretty much all sorts of exercises throughout my life but never on something like this. I will tell you it does without a doubt help with the issues I am suffering from but if I had known better I would have looked for one that had a little give aka softer one. It does getting used to it, especially if you are like me, a person who doesn't balance himself well. After about a month of use I have been able to start doing situps on it as well. As for the reason I purchased it, the forward neck and sloched shoulders it has done wonders for it along with other exercises and apparatus. This is the 3 foot rigid 6-inch roller so it doesn't fold up and travel well. Does Costco has plenty of applications through yoga and other exercises which killer but I'm still a novice at using them but it has gotten me to exercise more and I'm excited about that. I have ordered smaller and softer rollers since this purchase switch it's good because it's got nothing to exercise more. As for shipping and packaging hungry I would buy from this seller again.

So pretty!
Absolutely love this foam roller and so glad I bought this color. I was originally just going to buy your old, standard black-ish grey one like they supply at the gym but this looked so fun so I figured, why the heck not. Excellent choice on my behalf. The quality is excellent and the speckled color is so fun. I actually bought this roller as an upgrade from the one I had (an 18-inch) roller but it had that squishy pillow layered over PVC piping type stuff. Was not a fan from the start, but I received it as a gift. And since I wasn't specific in the type I wanted that was what I got. Don't get me wrong, some people really like those kind but they don't come close to the quality of this high density foam, nor do they deliver the kind of pressure required to work through problem areas (in my opinion). I will say the only thing I'm not a huge fan of are the videos they sent-or at least the short one featuring the male, haven't watched the other one yet. Unless you're doing very small meticulous movements (or no movement at all), you're not allowing your body the best avenue of relief. When our bodies form tension they form into balls or knots. Those same knots are like buttons. We push buttons DOWN. The harder the tension, the more pressure we use on said button. You wouldn't push across the button so why would you roll across the muscle? Find the knot and use your roller to smash that button! It's the same principal as a deep tissue massage. If you're just constantly rolling over your painful areas back and forth you're going to "tick off" your muscle and it's going to contract further to protect itself. Your best bet is to just apply constant hard pressure in a progressive manner. Lay on that painful spot and breathe deeply. The pain sucks but it will correct itself faster!

Great Quality!
I recently started to use foam rollers at the gym per my trainers suggestion, but some days I would skip the gym and work out at home so I would be so sore. I simply had to get a foam roller for home. This item has held up to my use as well as the 4 other people in my households use. (Which is a lot) The foam is sturdy enough to get in there and massages the muscle, yet it does squish just enough that it doesn't hurt my back or the more tender areas to roll. It holds it shape perfectly even for one of my family members who is about 280lbs. It without a doubt helps reduce muscle soreness after a big weight lifting session. Or in the morning when I just wake up and need a good stretch out. If something ever happens to this one, I would certainly buy another. Would love to have more color options for the speckles though to match the rest of my workout gear.

length of product grossly misrepresented
It is a nice roller but the photo of the product grossly misrepresents the length. When I received it, I was shocked at how they had photoshopped the image or used a longer product to represent what they would ship instead. I had a very specific use in mind for this roller and I cannot use it for my intended purpose because it is way too short in length. The seller needs to show a realistic photo that does not mislead buyers. I now realize that the size could be chosen, but the photo should represent the size selected. If the photo changed per size, then I could have seen that I needed to choose another size.

Seller Experience and Product
This is a very sturdy foam roller and it works very well. Just takes a little getting used to. It helps with trigger points from myofascial pain syndrome. The pain they can cause can be unbearable. This helps to work through those points and thus the pain is relieved. I love it. It is long as described. I may cut mine in half. I took it to a Chiro appt. and Chiro was very impressed with it because it is not made cheaply but is sturdy and almost hard like. I had contacted the company because for some reason I did not get an email with a link to the videos and they sent them to me immediately and apologized. The videos are very instructive and help you to use the roller the correct way. I would recommend to anyone with this need and I would buy fromm selller anytime.

Not easy to find
It was nice to find a 90cm roller. It works fine and it arrived quickly.

Económico y funcional
Es firme y consistente, lo adquirí como parte de una serie de ejercicios para corregir la postura de la columna de mi esposa y terminé usandolo yo también. Es duro pero no lastima, me parece justo el precio por la calidad del foam roller.

Excellent foam roller!
Great foam roller; definitely on the stiffer side which is most effective for rolling out muscles, spine, and joints. I also like the size for a full body roll (I think it is 24 inches). Although some people new to foam rolling don’t like this much stiffness, other beginners do like it. If you are new to foam rolling - I would recommend trying some out in stores first to determine if you prefer a softer foam roller, or a stiffer one.
