Worked great no more leg cramps

Excellent quality and really effective without causing allergies

I bought this for migraines bcz I read online that mag ox is good for that. I have to say, it's worked waaayyyy better than I thought it would. I still get the occasional headache but nothing like I was getting. I've taken magnesium a number of years for foot and leg cramps but I took different forms, not the oxide. I've read that oxide is the least absorbed kind of magnesium in the body, but absorbed or not this stuff it doing far better than any other magnesium I've ever taken, for both the migraines and the cramps! I'll continue taking it.

It's difficult to review a supplement when you don't see drastic changes. I didn't observe any measurable effects of using this dietary supplement. My review is based on the fast shipping and the price. 4 stars for the quantity of pills. The pills were all intact. No adverse effects, but also no beneficial effects that I could detect.

This has worked probably better than any magnesium i've tried! My levels came up, and doctor likes that!

I’ve purchased this product in the past, but the last two bottles I bought, in a row, had broken or missing tamper seals. 3 stars because the product is good, but the packaging is not the best.
