***NOW A COMPLETE SERIES!*** Four vampire princes. One hunted girl. A dangerous mistake that puts her at their mercy. They rule the Lydian Dynasty from gilded thrones built on human blood. To them, I’m Blackbird . A masked insurgent who’s spent years slipping through their fingers, stealing back the lives they’ve claimed. To my own kind, I’m something else entirely. Hope. I’ve survived by following one rule: never get caught. And that works… Until it doesn’t. One failed mission is all it takes to drag me out of the shadows and into their world. Bound, exposed, delivered into the hands of the four most powerful predators in existence. Julian. Levi. Roman. Silas. Princes raised on control and cruelty, taught that everything and everyone belongs to them. The law is on their side, and these four could make an example of me. But something’s shifted between us. The longer I remain trapped in their dark orbit, the more I see beneath the blood-stained crowns and polished lies… until it’s hard to remember why I was fighting them in the first place. But their world demands my submission, and this is one war I refuse to lose. Even if, in the end, it costs me everything. *** THE VAMPIRE’S MARK is an action-packed, romantasy series involving vampire royalty and the humans who fear them. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made this year! I was hooked from the very first page up to the last one. I didn't want it to end! The plot, the characters, everything was well-written. The story wasn't rushed and the readers would really be able to see the progress in the book. It wasn't one of those books where the characters meet and all of a sudden they're getting it on like rabbits who can't get enough of themselves. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, another twist happens and I'm at the edge of my seat again. The main protagonist, Corina Prescott, was very feisty and unpredictable. This made the book even more exciting to read. The strong bond between the princes, Julian, Silas, Levi and Roman, was something I definitely envied and loved in particular. They were there for each other through thick and thin and in every downfall. It was special and something worth fighting for. I admire the fact that the author showed the characters' individual thoughts and expressed the book in their various POVs. The readers were able to get to know some of the characters' backgrounds, purposes and thoughts. I also wished for someone like Elle to be my best friend. Her advice, the way she took care of Cori, I think the other characters should learn a lesson or two from her. I loved that Julian despite not knowing Cori well enough, did and gave everything he could just to save her, many times actually. He's swoon-worthy. He's everything you could wish for to exist nowadays. The world needs more of him. I need more of him. The book also taught me to not judge people easily for they might not be who we think they were in the first place and we're not aware of what they've experienced in life, their battles and struggles. We should all try to act more carefully. Overall, I love the book so much! So this is what it feels like to get a book hangover. I can't wait to read the next one. I look forward to knowing more of Silas, Levi, and Roman in the next books as this first book mainly focused on Julian and Corina. Corina's real identity is yet to be discovered. I highly recommend everyone to read and give this book a try because it's definitely worth it! Review: Review for books 1-3 - So I started book 1 of this series yesterday.... today at 4 am I finished book 3, only to realize book 4 (the final book in this series isn’t out yet). 😩😩😩 the author started another series so she doesn’t have an eta for it yet #firstworldproblems #bookaddict So now I’m severely depressed *sigh* anyway it’s a great series... just quite the cliffy in book 3. I thought the way author handled the dystopian feel was very apt to what humanity is, at its core. We’re not necessarily the best and the way the ‘vampires’ morals changed once they no longer considered themselves humans was very believable. The orphanages, slaughter houses all of it, was a very interesting vision. Corina was a very strong lead. She is a ‘terrorist’ doing whatever she can to help her fellow humans. I love having a fmc you can admire and gunuienly like, makes the story so much better and more enjoyable. This is a slowburn but it never felt like ‘gosh this is taking forever’ there’s so much happening, so it all felt very natural. So another great Rh read, I really can’t wait for the last book though 😩 so many loose ends!

loved it!!
Corina grew up on the fringes. Outside what society deems the "norm". What is the norm? Vampires are on the top of the Hierarchy and humans are little more than blood slaves and breeding cows. They are property. Corina and her team have made it their top priority to put an end to the Ianite terror even if it means their death, and it's looking more and more like it will when Corina is presented with an opportunity she just can't pass up. An opportunity to infiltrate the social elite and gain information that could change everything. It could tip things in their favor and they could win for the first time in 500 years. But she comes face to face with the four Dynasty Princes and has to improvise. This is an amazing read. You're going to want to get your hands on this wicked and sinister romance. Julian has locked onto Corina and he isn't sure why. He just knows this liar in disguise has him intrigued, and so he goes to great lengths to protect her, even at his own expense. She's the poster child for freedom and they're the enemy. Corina and the Four Princes are locked together in a lie. Inexplicably drawn together by Fate's Tapestry, Blackbird and the Dynasty Princes will make a pact. Once sworn enemies, they are now each other's life-lines. You won't be able to put down this wicked romance as your heart pounds and claws up your throat. Such a thrilling book! You will be drawn into the story, invested, and by the last page you will be begging for the next book!! The Vampire's Mark is a seductive Reverse Harem that will draw you in. It teases violence and intimacy, the promise of fiery passion and dark entanglements. Corina can't help but be drawn in by their predatory beauty. I was caught in this web of deceit and intrigue from page one. Lost in the story and unable to look away, my heart pounded right along side Corina's! You'll be absorbed into the book until the final page. Julian risks everything for a Liar in disguise. He can't ignore the pull he feels for her. Corina wants to take them down but instead finds herself drawn to them. By the final page, you will be begging for more! 100% 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Distopian novel where Vampires have conqured the humans
I found the world building the most interesting part of this book. Given the way the humans are treated by the vampires it is hard to feel positive about the 4 vampire leads. I liked the heroine but there seems to be a lot more backstory about her that might emerge in future books and might flesh her out a bit more. If you are a bit unsure about reading reverse harem novels don't be too worried about this one as one kiss is the entire romance so far, no sex to worry about in this one. The writing moves along at a reasonable pace and though there isn't much in the way of action after the lead-in to the book, the prospect is there for things to get a bit more violent in the coming books. Worth a read but think of this one as mostly world building and character introduction.

freaking awesome begninning
The author has once again outdone herself in creating an amazing brand new world of characters and paranormal creatures. I fall in love with each new world she creates. The h and the harem were one of the best group of people I have ever met. They have such strong chemistry and an amazing bond. I really liked how the book was focused on them developing together as characters before too much of the romantic stuff became more in depth. Also, the unique take on vampires and the entire paranormal world was really cool. None of it was run of the mill. In fact, it was refreshing to read about traditional PN characters that were usually good that were suprisingly good villains. In summary, I really loved reading this book. I highly recommend it for all RH lovers. Go-one click it and make your day.

Over use of the word blurted
3.5 I enjoyed the story, was into it until I started noticing the overuse of the word blurted. It was used according to the search I did 14x and was on almost every other page once around 80% I even highlighted some of the ones I noticed. This took me out of the story, it was the equivalent of trying to listen to a speaker person and them saying you know a hundred times. Aside from that I am intrigued by the story. It was very slow pacing to get started. A lot of details I didn’t care about and kept wishing for the story to get started. Once it gets started I enjoyed where it went. I can’t wait to see where this goes in the whole series.

Captivating!
This is definitely one of those books you just can’t put down and have to finish. The storyline, the characters, the different POVs. Amazing. Definitely worth the read. At least that’s my opinion.

The Vampire’s Mark 1 Was Amazing!
No spoilers of any kind included except this and that is there is a cliffhanger at the end of this story. This book was a little slow in the beginning and it took me awhile to get into it, but it started getting interesting by the fourth chapter and I could not put the book down. Other than that I thought this story was amazing once I got into it. But that cliffhanger pretty much sucked because I actually didn’t want the story to end. This is my first time reading anything by Rachel Jonas and I must say I look forward to reading more of her work in the future especially the next book in this series. I received an ARC copy of this book.

Amazing
Absolutely addicted to this series by the first chapter, from the way it's written to the development of the world around the main character it really draws you in!! And the added bonus of the playlist at the end was a deal breaker for me, I put the playlist together in my Spotify and listened to it for weeks

Really good read
I wasn’t sure if I would like this book but once I started to read it that was it. I read it in one day couldn’t put it down, starting the next one today. I thoroughly recommend it.

Not my cup of tea. This book rambles on and on without moving the plot I got bored with the conversations that were full of pointless repetitive information. As far as I read the heroine has no super powers but she thinks she can take on vampires in their territory with a knife, yes one... Really!! Then of course obviously she's captured but because she's so beautiful and alluring they don't kill her. I couldn't stop my eyes rolling.
