Can i use the green swifter pads for this as well

I guess you could but I’m wouldn’t. The plastic is very hard with spikes and the pads for dusting are pretty thin and you may scratch something.

is this safe for luxury vinyl flooring?

I can’t say for sure, but I would think so. I have hardwood floors so am unsure. My suggestion would be to contact a supplier or just ‘google’ it. Sorry I can’t be more help

Once the bottle is used up, can you add your own solution to the botte?

I use a pine sol mix filling the bottom section of the bottle less than half full then topping off with hot water

Hw many cleaning pads come with it?

It's either 3 or 4 pads that come with it and a bottle of cleaner, (just smaller bottle sample.)
