Oh what a flower!
It's amazing what a flower can do. I was stressed out and this tea has unwound me completely. I'm also thinking of getting the essential oil too for my diffuser and face oil. I recommend this tea. This tea has a light /non taste so I add a sweet and spicy tea bag (without caffeine) to sweeten it naturally. So good and relaxing.

It really is relaxing
I’m mostly impressed that it’s supposed to help stress and anxiety and it actually delivers. This was my first time trying it this morning because I seem to wake up early with anxiety. After drinking it I got pretty sleepy so napped on the couch for an hour. It’s late afternoon and I’m still very relaxed. Seems to be a good value. I’d comment on the flavor but I have anosmia and loss of taste. To me, it’s a pleasantly warm drink with benefits.

The flavor and smell of this tea is wonderful. I had never had Linden Tea before and was presently surprised. It does need time to steep to get a good flavor. The only thing I was disappointed in is what the bag is made of. It is almost impossible to squeeze the tea bag without it bursting open. My first cup had to be dumped down the drain as the bag burst completely open. With the second bag I was much more careful and barley pressed the tea bag with my fingers and split open. Now I don't bother trying to squeeze the tea bag and just dip it a couple of times before I remove it. Its a shame as there is still a lot of flavor left in the bag that ends up getting tossed. The flavor is wonderful and very nice to have before going to bed. Though I am not sure if I will order this brand again due to the fact of the bursting tea bags.

Linden Tea or Ihlamur çayı
I am so pleased that I am able to find products like I am used to finding in Türkiye here on Amazon. Great tea when you have cold and congestion.
