Works but not reusable.
The Window Screen Filter that prevents pollen has been a game-changer for our home. We installed it on the bedroom windows, on top of the existing screens, which allowed us to let fresh air in without the worry of dust entering the room. This filter significantly improved the air quality and kept our window bay clean from dust. It’s been especially helpful during the allergy season, providing relief from pollen as well. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer the filter in different sizes to fit a variety of window dimensions. Additionally, a more robust attachment mechanism could ensure it stays firmly in place even during strong winds. It is not reusable. I wish it was. Overall, this Window Screen Filter has been a fantastic addition to our home, enhancing our comfort and cleanliness. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to keep their indoor environment fresh and dust-free!

Effective dust filter
My house gets a lot of dust coming in from the windows. The window and door sills are dirty and dusty in an unbelievably short time of a week. The soles of my indoor shoes get dirty just as quick although outside shoes aren't trekked indoors. The dust leaves black dirt/soot on ALL the surfaces within the house making it quite difficult to live here. These filters came in handy. I installed them on some windows and it has eliminated a lot of dust. I am hoping that will mean I don't have to sweep and mop the floors often and continuously wipe down surfaces. It also helps stop midget flies from coming indoors, especially at night. It comes with double sided adhesive tape. The tape is very sticky and sticks very well when applied between the filters (for example, if you need to extend the filter for a larger window). Once the tape is applied to the filter paper, it's hard to get off without ruining the filter paper so be sure to apply it right the first time. I only used the supplied tape to stick the filters together. I didn't use the supplied tape for application on the window frame as I wasn't sure if the adhesive was weather proof. Some adhesives may deteriorate over time and leave a sticky mess when it's time for them to be removed. There are adhesive removers that can help with that, but I just didn't want to go there. You could technically use magnets with a foam double sided tape (it needs to be a foam double sided tape if you would like to keep the magnets and replace the filter from time to time, because once the filter is stuck to tape, the filter doesn't come off easily). I instead opted for some outdoor compatible foam tape on first try (Moroday 24mm x 25m Black/White Double Sided PE Foam Tape). Disclaimer: I haven't tested any of these tapes out for a considerable amount of time to tell if it won't leave a mess when it's time to remove, so use at your own discretion. And instead of installing the filters indoors, I applied them to the exterior of my windows because they adhered better that way as they weren't in opposition to the direction of the wind blowing into the house. I used the foam tape to reinforce the middles of the windows as well as I have security mesh windows. It's stopped dust for sure. It's quite a tight weave so should technically stop pollen. I still sneeze a lot and have been having hayfever allergies, but I don't think it's anything to do with the effectiveness of this product. I haven't got the filters all installed yet and cleaned up the house again to say for sure what's going on there. I suspect there's just a lot of mould spores in this area as I previously had issues with mildew. I am hoping these filters would put a stop to that once and for all. Visibility is reduced much more than with a black fine mesh midget flyscreen. You can still see out of it though during the day time but not really at night. It reduces light getting in a little. It also reduces air flow a little. I get a lot of wind though, so the amount of air that gets in, is about as apparent as if there wasn't any filter on the windows at all. Edit: THEY CAN BE WASHED AND REUSED IF YOU'RE ABLE TO REMOVE THEM FROM THE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. Had to wash one. Tried in the washing machine with a laundry bag. It's still okay to reuse 👍 If these are not within your price range, rangehood oil filter paper may work just as well, although they are smaller and will need to be taped together to make a piece large enough for your windows. I have not tried them, but the materials 'look' the same. Just a suggestion if you're on a tight budget.

Helps if you need it!
My house (and specifically my room) gets a load of dust and allergens constantly flying in as I live on a very busy street. I purchased this on a whim and found it very easy to stick to the inside of my current window screen after cutting to size and a quick wipedown of the screen border. The tape provided is surprisingly sticky and there was plenty for me. It sits snug between my screen and window now and doesn't catch when I open/close it. Do not expect to be able to see out of it well, but light will still get through just fine - I only have it on half my window so I don't mind. It really does work well, I have noticed none of the old black dust building up on the windowsill, and paired with an air purifier I can feel like I'm actually breathing fresh air again, and I don't have to dust my room nearly as much.
