More than what’s described. This is a life saver.I used it in my car and it supported my back like nothing else. The belt is too short so I didn’t used it but it’s not a big deal. Zero pain, super comfy for pregnant woman. Thank you and thank to Amazon for putting this item online.

Most memory foam to support lumbar are so soft that I fail to see why it would make a difference to anyone’s discomfort. The cushion passed the test because it is firm enough to actually support my lumbar. After decades of using Samsonite I’ve come to rely on their product quality and this will be useful gor many years.

Definitely helps with my back issues on long drives. The strap is a bit short as it barely squeezes together to click at full extension. If your seats stick out on the sides it wont sit flush, leave mine unstrapped and it falls over when I get out

I have chronic lower back pain and sitting for more than a few minutes can be difficult. I bought this for my car and it is AMAZING. I no longer have to frequently squirm and rotate to relieve the pain. It was so helpful I bought a second one to use at home. Well worth the money. I tried two other versions before finding success with Samonite which provides a more ergonomic and firmer support.

This back support cushion is just what I needed to give my back the support it needed. I have a hard time sitting comfortably in most chairs. I need some extra support for my lumbar area and I am more comfortable if my back makes contact with the back of the chair. I put this pad on my wooden straight back chair where I do a lot of household work like paperwork and paying bills and reading mail. The chairs are fairly comfortable but not to my back. With this support cushion I can sit comfortably for long stretches! It has a strap to keep it in place so I put it on the slats on the back and it stays right where I need it most! I would definitely recommend this to other people!

Like, probably, most people looking at this item, I have a bad lower back. Driving my Jeep Wrangler was giving me some problems on long trips, so I bought this support pillow. It made a HUGE difference! I no longer have the lower back pain after an hour long drive. My only complaint is that it could be a couple of inches wider. I'm a little heavier than average and this pillow is just a tad too narrow. I have to shift it around to get it centered or it becomes uncomfortable. I'm definitely keeping it though!

This is comfortable. And it is actually cool for the first couple of minutes. Then it changes to whatever temperature your back is because it is not refrigerated, just cool. Two things you realize after installing it - most cars have bucket seats, so this means that the strap that holds it to the seat can only do so much to keep it in place. The poofy areas on the sides of the back of your seat will keep it out a little. That's no fault of the product, but it would be different if your seat had a back that was just flat. So this means that you have to kind of slide into it when you are getting in the car. Otherwise, it is easy to snag it and you end up sitting on it instead of against it. I solved this by getting a full seat cover. The elastic of the seat cover keeps it sucked into the back of the seat a lot better. The second thing you should know is that when it is cold out, say 20 - 40 degrees F, sitting against this is at first like sitting against a cube of butter. It firms up in the cold. This only lasts for a few minutes before a little warm-up relaxes the gel and it squishes to a more comfortable shape. This doesn't bother me but I just wanted to pass that on. If you don't like the idea of that, avoid the pillows that have gel. Personally, I like that. It is like a little extra pressure on my lumbar before relaxing to a more natural shape.

I LOVE this! My only complaint is that it isn't a bit wider across my back. I use this for lumbar support in my recliner and love it. I'm always hot but this never makes me hot. I highly recommend it! I will buy again!

It is good quality but makes me sit forward too much because it is pretty thick. Also the strap doesn't really help keep it on the back rest of the chair so it kind of flops forward. BUT it has improved my posture while sitting and makes me happy to get of my chair and walk around.

Excelente producto. Cumple con lo prometido. Tengo una silla en la oficina que estaba muy incómoda y ya con esta almohada mejoró mucho mi postura y aguante. Un poco dura al inicio pero con el tiempo se hace más blandita y muy cómoda.
