These shelves were fine as is, but I spray painted them black, and made them perfect. The brown wood was ok, but I wanted all black and I couldn’t find any similar all black shelves. Easy enough to fix with a can of Krylon Satin Black. The shelves were assembled, so I just had to disassemble them to paint them. No sanding required. The paint applied to the wood fantastically and dried quickly. Reassembly was easy. If you like these shelves, but would like a different color of wood, I’d say buy them, and paint them the color you want. Super easy and quick to do.I liked them so much, I bought a second set. They arrived yesterday and I’ve already spray painted them black. Excited to install them in my office tomorrow.These are the hooks I’m using to hang the shelves. Bought them on Amazon. These seemed great and measurements are accurate but I realized I didn't want to put holes in my solid wood cabinets so I am returning them. No problem with the product though. The screws in the bottom part of the wood fell out when I was handling them so not sure if they are stripped or if they got loose in transit.

I love it!! Fits good in the space I chose, Nothing really to assemble. Just nail to the wall, Comes with everything you need. Not expensive at all, and is pretty sturdy..

These are cute and functional for work! I love the size. I didn’t screw them into the wall, so I can’t speak to that, but I have them on hooks and they’re staying up well. Super great quality for price, and they look super sleek!
