Can you move , sit and drive comfortably while wearing it?

I bought this couple of weeks ago, right after my total hysterectomy, and I can tell you with all certainty that for me its one of the most comfortable binders I have ever wear, it soft and flexible and I can do everything I normally do wile wearing it, highly recommended.

I am 164lbs & my waist is 39”, should I get the large or xl?

How do I know what size to order if I’m anticipating a c section and want to bring this to the hospital with me?

They have a size chart. Order big, you can always wrap it around. Very well built for support.

I Am 5’3 and 38 Weeks weighing 280, will this fit me?

I would suggest that you go with a large size because in my opinion this girdle runs small and has no stretch. However it has a strong Velcro material with a good grip for adjusting to your desired tight fit
