Steering Wheel Desk Tray for Eating, Laptops - Hooks Onto Most Vehicle Steering Wheels, Road Trip Accessory, Car Table

Bought this to use an on-the-fly laptop stand to get some work done between my Uber trips. For my use, I turn my steering wheel 180 deg for a better fit. My steering wheel adjusts up and down and telescopes in and out so, for me, I adjust my wheel and pull my seat back....works just fine. One thing to note, however, is that if you have a foam-padded steering wheel cover the tray may not fit. Having said that, though, I drive a newer Kia Forte with a padded cover and I am still able to secure the tray in place...rather snug...but it works. I Chose this brand over the other similar trays as the ratings seemed to be better. The price was just right. Haven't used it to eat a meal on, but my kids find it useful using it for a food tray whilst in the back seat. So far, I am pleased with the tray.

This is a fabulous invention!! I don't know why I didn't think about getting one of these sooner. I pick my son up from school everyday and, so I don't get stuck in the carline forever, I have to get there 45 minutes to an hour before school lets out to get in line. That leaves a lot of time for me to sit in the car waiting, so I bring my laptop and do work. I've always had trouble finding a comfortable position to sit in, so I am actually able to type well. This solves that problem!!! All I do is hook it onto the wheel and I'm good to go. I've tried it out in 3 of our cars, a BMW X5, Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Kona, and it works great. It's made to fit a factory standard wheel, so if you have a steering wheel cover on it there's no guarantee it'll fit. If there isn't a cover on the steering wheel, you're good to go!! I'm impressed with how well manufactured this is. It's made from high quality ABS plastic that's very durable, yet lightweight. It's also sturdy enough to support my 13 inch MacBook Pro. I love that there are 2 different sides to it. One side has a flat indented surface and a cup holder for eating. The other side has a flat table that works perfectly for writing or sitting your laptop on and there's even a slot to hold your pencil. That's a handy little feature. The best part about this is how easy it is to store. It's slim, so it doesn't take up much space. I either put it under my seat or stick it in the pocket behind my seat. Either way it's easy to keep handy and out of the way. If you're on-the-go and in your car a lot this is a MUST have product!!

I did a lot of research on which tray to buy since I have a steering wheel cover on my new RAV4. This tray is made of really tough materials and thick than I expected. Although it's not supposed to fit steering wheels with covers, but if you tilt in and push down hard, it will level off enough for put lunch box on top. I have used it for a few times now, it's not perfectly leveled with steering wheel cover on, but it's better than taking off and putting back steering wheel cover every time I eat in the car. So far so good, happy with the product!

Make sure you don’t have a steering wheel cover if you get one of these because it will not fit over a steering wheel cover, which I did not think about when I bought it other than that, it is a sturdy product and works well without the steering wheel cover

I don't know how I did without this all these years!!! I've always eaten in my cars occasionally, but especially this year, due to the pandemic & distancing, our dining out has all been drive thru's/take-out and eating in the vehicle. This works fantastically, giving me a much easier way to eat in the drivers seat... before, I had things in my lap or wherever I could find a spot, but it was always a mess. Now any crumbs/food particles fall onto the tray instead of all over me and my vehicle... then when I'm done, I just hold the tray out the door and shake/wipe off any crumbs. Keeps my vehicle cleaner as well! It's strong and sturdy, fits on my steering wheel in numerous spots, whether the wheel is turned or not. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone who eats or works in their vehicle, it's amazing and extremely useful!!

I eat my lunch in my car at work every day. This is so helpful. It is a little tall for me, i could probably adjust the steering wheel so it sits lower but that's too much work. I like that i can rest my hand on it while holding my phone too. Very sturdy. I like that on one side there is a spot for a can of soda and on the other side there is a pencil holder. I don't use either but i like the option.

It fits the steering wheel on his ford explorer. He had to turn his steering wheel to where the logo was upside down for it to work. Did not fit my Infiniti QX 60. It scratched my leather up on my steering wheel. I didn’t try it the other way bc I was annoyed about my leather steering wheel. However, It is made well.

This is one of the most usual things I’ve bought. I eat meals in my car everyday and decided to try. This is fantastic! Fits on no matter what way you have the wheel set. Makes eating in the car way easier and cleaner. Love this would recommend to anyone that eats in the car!

Tray works well, very sturdy and holds a lot of weight.

This is exactly what I needed for my work car. No longer am I resting my lunches in my lap or trying to juggle without spilling. This table is so convenient and literally takes 10seconds to attach/detach. Decent quality and takes up minimal room. Definitely a worthy purchase!
