Great Product and Great Customer Service

Firstly, I want to say, they did an amazing job with the packaging. They made sure it was secure and I had no issues when I opened it up. Secondly, this thing is fantastic. For someone who is an enthusiast and wanted to do something at home, this rack is perfect for it and affordable. Lastly, their customer service....FANTASTIC. i had a few questions and they really helped and accommodated so much for me.

Zero assembly instructions. Links to video for a walkthrough don't show anything but progress. Included PDU is worthless as you can't seem to close the door with you have plugs plugged in. If they didn't charge $70 shipping it might be a decent value.
