I bought this and it is very bumpy at the seams. Can someone tell me why or how to fix it?

Sound like a Defect. If it is just surface bumpy sand paper. Mine doesn't have that. But if it is stitching your going to have to live with it or return it if you can. Stitching will probably end up failing on not hold air
