World Organic Liquid Chlorophyll 100mg 16 fl oz (474 ml) by AB

I have been taking this for years but lately, I've received a couple of batches that tasted moldy. I know sometimes our bodies go through change which could lead to that taste but my husband also tasted the mold and my dog stopped drinking it in her bone broth. I called the company in Huntington Beach and asked the gentleman if he would check the lot number to make sure it was o.k. before sending out to others. He said he would check and follow up. After two weeks, I didn't hear back from him so I called back. He said that he didn't have any left from that lot so would send me some new bottles. It's been a few weeks and he hasn't followed through. I never asked for new bottles but he offered it but failed to follow through twice. I guess they don't think one customer is important enough to follow up on. I won't be ordering this product anymore after taking it for years and years. I figure if they don't care about their customers then I don't have to be one.
