Seems strange to say but I find that when I'm using this mat I am so relaxed I have nodded off quite a few times - such as I now set an alarm to go off after 20 minutes!I try and use the mat every day in the evening - generally just before bed time. I use the mat on to of my matress & duvet but use a pillow to keep my neck straight - it's a bit painful initially but this soon wears off and the relaxation process starts - 20 minutes seems like a long time but (for me) the next thing I know is my alarm going off. My back feels invigorated, my back pain has lessened anhd I think I sleep better - time will tell.I think this is an excellent product for the price - even if the pain reduction is minimal - it's still worth using for the relaxation.

Absolutely fantastic acupuncture mate at an amazing price! I purchased this mat for only £10.80, which was much cheaper than most other mats selling on Amazon. The only catch it seemed was I had to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery which I was fine with. But to my amazement the mat turned up just over a week after I ordered it (2-3 weeks earlier than predicted).Still early days in terms of seeing long term benefits but I definitely feel tingly and light after laying on it for 15 minutes. I'm hoping to see more benefits over the next few weeks.It takes some getting used to as well. I had to use a t-shirt initially but it's amazing how quickly your body adjusts.I would recommend to all!

I like it to use for the Mat was excellent for all sort of back pain.

I absolutely love my mat. I recommend you wear a very thin T-shirt for your first few times.Dont give up straight away because you think it hurts. It will for a little while, then you feel the warmth as you start to relax.I put on my favourite music, then lie down and chill. 👌

This mat is amazing! Yes it’s spiky and ‘painful’ when you first use it, but you get used to it very quickly and the benefits far outweigh the slight discomfort. My longstanding back and neck pain have massively reduced since using this mat for 30mins once a day- I absolutely love it and now have to set an alarm when I use it as otherwise I fall asleep and wake up hours later! Talking of which- I use mine at night just before settling to bed and my insomnia is all but cured! Great value for money, highly recommended!

I bought this mat in 2021 as a full time athlete in rowing who had very tense shoulders.3 years later and I am still using it (almost) daily, however now before bed to help me unwind and fall asleep quicker, and for a longer, better quality sleep.I found I could lie on it without a top almost immediately but it did take a while to get used the “hotness” feeling.Can honestly recommend.

Have another one (bigger) beforehand and ordered this one for travelling and easier to take along. Unfortunately the spikes are definitely not sharp enough for me to do the trick. Been using acupuncture mat for quite some time and have the experience that when working properly it really helps easing muscle tension. This one did not. Size of the bag and the product itself is ok to take along. Delivery time was quite long, but wasn't in hurry.

I’ve used this once, for back and shoulder pain from Long Covid which has brought me to tears many times, with the persistent gnawing pain. I’ve tried this tonight for ten minutes. It’s not overly unpleasant for the first minute or two, then the lovely heat spreads. I didn’t want to get up. I can’t explain the black magic voodoo behind this, but my body doesn’t hurt. I feel fluid and I can move smoothly. I’m grinning like a demented idiot on drugs right now. Thank you to whoever invented this odd piece of awesome weirdness. It gets rid of pain like a faith healer in a bath of ibuprofen and I’m hooked 😂♥️
