great idea but inefficient engineering
fast shipping and awesome customer service..I had hoped this bottle would work but it leaked, the nipple part would come out and it was just so much work but I hope they change some things on this bottle and give it another go. I am glad I tried it but it was too stressful to have to deal with so many malfunctions.

Worth every penny spent. Seriously!
My little one had terrible gas, reflux and colic. We use to cry for atleast 6 hours every night. I tried many different bottles from the playtex to the dr Browns. Nothing helped with the gas. But ever since I started using these bottles the symptoms has decreased. Also my little one doesn’t seem like she is drowning herself with milk due to these awesome self flowing nipples. Feeding time has become a little easier with these bottles. I say they are worth every penny and I will recommend to any future mothers to not wastes their money on any other type of bottles. Now down fall, you have to boil these bottles to sterilize. You can’t use the the steam bags or steamers. But my thought is if boiling bottles all the time stops the walking the floor every night so be it. Seriously these bottles have changed my life!

Better as a starter bottle
My husband and I were looking for something to help our 4 week old drink his bottle better. He takes in a lot of air while drinking, which of course makes him super gassy and means momma and daddy don't get to sleep all night. I see how these bottles should help, but I think we waited too long to try them, as our son is now use to regular bottles so kept choking and coughing when we used these bottles. He was use to the one hole flow each suck, and this bottle has 3 little holes. I wish we would have tried these from the start, we probably would have had better results.

Good idea, poor engineering
The air plug would not stay up unless I was holding it, which became very difficult while trying to feed my baby, defeating the entire purpose of the bottle. The nipples also leaked everywhere. These bottles are just more trouble than theyre worth

Amazing no gas fuss!
I love the bottle. I almost didn't try it because it was so expensive. My baby was diagnosed with GERDS and was on reflux medicine. I actually got to take him off the medicine it is great!

Good product, but didn't meet my personal needs.
I bought these for the Perfe-Latch nipples. I planned to try to use them to break my baby of her bottle preference & transition her to breastfeeding. Unfortunately, while the nipples do look promisingly breast-like the bottles themselves are trash. They don't keep air out completely, they leak & they're a huge pain to clean. I wish I could use the Perfe-Latch nipples with a normal bottle, but they seem to be a very unique fit so I've had no luck using them on any other bottles. The syringe bottle idea is just unnecessary. You can keep air out of the nipple of any bottle by simply tilting the bottle. If the contraption wasn't so difficult to clean it might be worth it, but as is it's just not.I am so sick of this bottle after using the easy-latch nipple that I'm about to give up on even trying the Perfe-Latch nipple which is what I bought it for.2 starsUpdate: My nursery carpet is now soaked in milk because of this dumb bottle! You have to push the plug up without angling it at all which is usually doable, but good luck while juggling a screaming baby. If you mess up the slightest bit the entire contents of the bottle will be dumped out. It's not worth the risk if you don't have time to deep clean the area or are using precious breastmilk.1 starUpdate 2: After discussing my problems with the bottle with the seller it seems my baby is simply unable to suction correctly since she's used to regular bottles rather than breastfeeding. She couldn't create a vacuum seal. I would recommend this bottle for breastfed babies, but if your baby is like mine air will get into the bottle while baby feeds which creates all sorts of problems. Seller was absolutely stellar & backed their product 100%.4 stars

Wanted to love these bottles
I wanted to love these but I can't. My daughter is breastfed and occasionally I feed her bottles... I tried this one because of the air suction. I will list my reasons why I wasn't satisfied:1. When u go to push up the "vent" be extra careful because on 2 occasions it moved and spilled my precious milk all over me.2. Also pushing it up doesn't guarantee the air being pushed out... I had to grab the nipple and push it up as well.3. While baby is drinking you will have to keep pushing the vent up to keep the air out.4. As baby drinks the nipple will suction in making it hard for baby to latch and u will have to hold the bottle down for about 5 seconds for it to pop back out... My daughter would go ballistic.I wouldn't recommend this bottle, especially at this price.

Disappointed
These bottles must be handled with care. If you done push exactly in the middle when expelling air to begin feeding you end up wearing the formula.
