Q: What colour is the mud cap? in the technical spec the component is described as black but under 'colour' it is listed as 400 blue!?!

Mine is black, as far as I know this is the only colour available. It does it’s job, annoying that these are not routinely Fitted in the first place!

Q: Do these mud caps fit the camelbak peak fitness chill bottles?

Mine is the insulated bottle so cannot be certain

Works well but...

... does not suit the older style of Camelbak Podium bottle. These have a longer nozzle so the cap doesn’t cover it all. Fits perfectly on the newer style bottle.
