MPC Complete Plug-n-Play Factory Remote Activated Remote Start Kit for 2014-2018 Lexus IS350 - w/T-Harness

I have one of these systems in a 2007 4Runner and my 2014 Lexus IS350. The install on the Lexus was EXTREMELY SIMPLE. I had to remove 3 pieces of plastic around the steering wheel area to access the 2 wire harnesses required. Take your time and plan where the cables will run, maybe get some split loom and loom some of the cables together and it will be a super clean install.My only REQUIRED advice on this car in particular is this:When you remove the lower plastic panel under the dash that has the hood latch connected to it, be aware that you will probably pop the hood open while removing the piece! This comes into play during the programming and testing phase of the install. DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOUR HOOD IS CLOSED ALL THE WAY BEFORE PROGRAMMING AND TESTING! I wasted 2 hours troubleshooting before realizing the red light flashing 5x on the EVO-ALL box after the 3x lock button push on my remote meant a fault detected in the safety system. The car WILL NOT START if the hood is Open!A note to the manufacturer:Your instructions are by far the BEST OUT THERE! for this car, I might suggest adding a note in the testing phase to have the installer VERIFY THE HOOD IS CLOSED, and under troubleshooting, add that when you attempt to start the car and the red light flashes 5x to check that the hood is closed! The hood latch on this car is really easy to pop.Overall A great product and the best per vehicle instructions out there. If you want remote start on your cars, these are the guys to buy from.

Seemed fairly straight forward and simple enough... Made all connections (only 2) and followed steps to test and program. Saw all colored lights, then blue, then when turning the ignition on as instructed, the module then went solid red light. That was it. Never worked after that. No I'm not in valet mode. There's even extra wires that tell you refer to instructions for, but aren't even in the instructions.Troubleshooting has no instructions on it, and upon research, it seems you need to purchase additional hardware to reflash the hardware. No thanks.Will update review during the week if tech support does anything.Update: Free of charge they sent the update module, and someone walked me through their setup procedure. Works fine, even if a little slower to start than other models. Thanks MPC!

Installation was easy and set up was easy but the starting and driving, dash cluster was showing units of tire pressure in another unit. Be careful when using.

Easy as heck to install and only took about 20 mins.Only cons are its slow to shut the car down after opening the door and you might gets some small cuts on your hands when installing it as it's pretty tight under the dash area.5/5 best bang for your buck

The product was easy to install and it works perfectly. It took me about 20 min to install. It took a little longer because the gap under the steering wheel was tight without removing the bracket. Overall, highly recommend it.

It was definitely easy to install

As others have said, this is a super simple install on the IS350. I did the install on a 2020 IS350 F-Sport AWD and it went flawlessly!Note: the first plug is located on the right side of the steering wheel closer to the center console. You do have to remove the steering wheel column cover to access it as stated in the instructions.
