Great base product and food glue! Add food coloring to get your desired color.
Great product! We added red food coloring to the gel and it worked perfectly as 'blood' and glue for our Halloween food craft in school! And of course, the kids loved the sweet taste - they were eating it plain right out of their individual cups. The merchant was also fabulous and provided speedy delivery!

Perfect "Water"
This worked great as "water" for my daughter's pool cake! I added some blue food coloring and that was it! I honestly don't know how the flavor of the gel was because we didn't eat the top tier.

My major reason for purchasing this item involves whipped cream - I found an article that advised this gel to keep whipped cream from separating - and it works!! After so many years to trying to keep whipped cream from separating, I am thrilled to have this piping gel.
